This project is ideally located on the hillside of Muralto, a municipality in the Locarno district of Canton Ticino. This municipality benefits from the immediate proximity of the city of Locarno while offer a "mediterranean" climate with nearly 300 days of annual sunshine.

Festive town, resort and culture, Locarno presents, at a few minutes, all the amenities that an urban center can offer : from shops to luxury boutiques, while benefiting from the best hotel and hospital equipment and the efficiency of public services.

The train station and the bus stops are a few hundred meters from the Residence Dolce Vita, but the area is away from the noise of the access roads to Locarno.
