Dolce Vita Promotion

URBAN PROJECT realizes a new residence "Dolce Vita" in the municipality of Muralto a few steps from Ticino city of Locarno and the shores of lake Maggiore.

Originally in commercial assignment, the building, of contemporary achitecture, has been completely redesigned, it includes 48 apartments per floor and several offices spaces. 

Built with great care, the residence Dolce Vita is one of the last realisations not to be subject to Lex Friedrich and Lex Weber. All these apartments can therefore be sold without any constraint to secondary residents or persons domiciled abroad.

You can book your future place of residence or work by choosing from 48 apartments or 110 m2 of offices. All have one or two parking places in the basement or outside. Several apartments have large gardens or large terraces.

The architects have imagined for this realization of high quality a raised and green environment.
